Internship Programme
In March 2005 The Paua Group introduced an Internship
Programme into the Frederique Academy. The Paua
Group management team visit the Frederique Academy
from time to time and offer students the opportunity
to apply for the next intake of interns. After
a rigorous selection process, candidates for the
Internship are identified and are guided through
specific training in different divisions of the
Paua Group. Training and practical experience
is conducted within our spas and interns are exposed
to the leading international brands and products
ditributed. On completion of the internship programme,
successful candidates who have qualified in the
Frederique Academy, are offered employment within
the organisation.
To qualify for the Internship Programme, students
must meet the following criteria.
- Hard working
- Outgoing
- A positive personality
- Flexible
- Good personal standard, personal hygiene
and an immaculate appearance
- A great team worker
- Willing to take direction and learn
- Be committed to excellence
- Have an exceptional attendance and punctuality
record
- Most importantly they must have a passion
for the industry
- Qualified in one of the ITEC diploma courses offered at the Academy
